Cancellation Policy

Hair Extensions is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality. Hair Extensions has implemented a cancellation policy that must be strictly observed.

Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests can be submitted by phone, email or in person. Refunds of 30% will be retained for
administration charges for late cancellation (24 hours prior to the service)

Full refunds will be given if cancellations are more than 24 hours in advance of the service.
Alternatively you can request to transfer your administrative charge to a future service.

A conformation email will be sent and refunds will be processed with the original payment method.

Booking appointments

All bookings are subject to a 30% deposit that will be deducted from the cost of your service if you choose not to pay in full. This will be payable from the point of booking.

Delivery Policy

We strive to maintain high standards with our delivery. When delivering our services and products our
customers are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to have a maximum of 2 days dispatch but could vary in busy periods. all products are shipped out within an estimated arrival time of 3-5 working days unless shipping has been upgraded or unforeseeable circumstances arise with our providers.
